​CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY:
  • Cancellations done the day of will be charged 20% of the total amount, but day of rescheduling can be done up to 3 hours before the appointment 
  • ​Refunds can be done on the deposit within the first week (7 days) of purchase
  • A late fee of $15 is applied if more than 15 minutes late. After 15 minutes, the appointment will have to be rescheduled.​

​QUESTIONS: 
  • What is the survey and what types of questions does it ask?: The survey has a list of questions around your makeup use, lifestyle, current needs, and budget that will better assist me in understanding your level of expertise and needs. 
  • Do I have to complete the survey in order to be consulted?: Yes, but it is painless and easy. It takes less than 20 minutes. 
  • How long will it take for me to receive the survey?: You will receive the survey within 24 hours of your purchase.
BEATFREAKJD CHEAT SHEET:
  • How many products can I ask for?: A minimum of 2 and maximum of 5 products per cheat sheet. For each recommendation, I will give you at least two options that fit what you are looking for. 
  • How do I receive the cheat sheet?: After you purchase the service, I will contact you via email within 24 hours sending you the survey. After I review your survey and come up with your recommendations, I will send the cheat sheet to you via email. 
  • How long will it take for me to receive my cheat sheet?: It will take 3 business days at the most upon the completion of the survey.

BEATFREAKJD MEET & GREET: 
  • What if I do not like the products you bring?: This service is very similar to a store experience, except I am bringing the store to you. For each service, I will bring multiple options (at least 2) so we can find something that works for you. On the off chance you do not like the products or they do not work with your skin, I will return them and you do not pay for the products. I will also give you other recommendations via a complimentary BeatFreakJD Cheat Sheet or schedule a new appointment with you for no additional cost. 
  • What if I do not like the product a week after our appointment?: All products can be returned within the first 30 days following the appointment with a full refund. I will schedule a time for me to pick up the product and return it. I will also suggest a new product with no additional service charge.
  • Can I share this service with friends?: No, only the Tricks & Treat service can be spilt amongst friends.
  • Where does this service take place?: I come to you! This service is only available for people in the DMV metro area, but if you are looking to travel here then the service will take place at my residence. If you are more comfortable coming to my residence, please specify that when booking the appointment.  
  • What payment options do you take at the appointment: Cashapp, venmo, paypal, zelle, square, or check.

BEATFREAKJD TRICKS & TREATS:
  • ​Can I share this service amongst friends?: Yes, for an additional $40 per person. Please review the product description to better understand how this works or contact me.
  • I am interested in making this a party, how can do I so?: Please contact me before booking the service, so we can discuss the amount of people and specifics. My information in is the contact section.
  • Where does this service take place?: I come to you! This service is only available for people in the DMV metro area, but if you are looking to travel here then the service will take place at my residence.
